Thank you all my dear friends for your prayers! You have been with me through this whole ordeal and I know that your prayers and words of encouragement have helped me deal with this, I continue to pray for all of you!

I do not obsess as much anymore over what John is doing and have felt more at peace. I found that I had an easier time forgiving John than myself. I finally have forgiven myself for things that I have done and not done. I have also asked for John’s forgiveness, which he has given me and he has asked for my forgiveness, which I have given him. I feel like we have reached a new level in our relationship, one that we haven’t been to before. John never talked about God alot, but that has changed. Our family has and is going through a lot right now with our oldest being in Afghanistan and our middle son and his wife going through some problems and of course John and I having our own issues, I have found comfort in reading the Bible, spending time in prayer and just spending time alone without any TV, radio or noise from the outer world. I know that I am changing and I am letting God guide me through this change, He has never let me down.

I pray that God be with all of you during this Lenten season. God Bless!
Beautiful Cassie, take care…continued prayers…Lent is a time for renewal…Peace…

Oh, this is so hard. Bless your heart! I will pray right now for you! Please pray for a friend of mine, too. His wife wants a divorce and he wants to reconcile. Her name is Beth.

Thank you!

thank you for your prayers during lent. Not obsessing is a good thing but more important is allowing yourself to forgive yourself. That is such a monumental step.

Hi Brenda, Prayers for your friend and his wife…

Continued prayers for Cassie and Steve, as well as for Cassie’s mother and eldest son…I’ll include all your family in prayer now, since you mentioned your other son and his wife - I hope things will get better for everyone concerned, with God’s Grace.

Hi to Brenda as well: I’ll pray for Beth and her husband.

Loving God,

We thank you for your many blessings and in particular we thank you today for the peace you have granted your daughter Cassie as she continues her journey of faith. You love your daughter unconditionally Lord, and you want her to be happy in this life and the next. Thank you for being with her and helping her through this time of great challenge and turmoil in her life. Please continue to bless her and strengthen her as she lives and loves the life you have planned for her.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever.

Amen.

Praying for you- for continued faith, hope and love and strength from above

Lord, out of Your unfathomable mercy, continue to illuminate the heart of John to the truth and beauty of his marriage, which cannot be undone by man, who has no such authority. Father, forgive us when we assume the charade of greater authority than You, the source of all authority on earth and in Heaven. May these two souls persevere in Your truth, until Your perfect plan for them unfolds. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your only Son, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

Thank you so much for this prayer! May the Lord continue to be with you and your family during this Lenten season!

John and I continue to talk almost everyday. He said he has sensed a change in me, that I seem to be more at peace and continuing to live my life. I told him I am more at peace and that each day is a miracle and there is always something that you can find beautiful and thankful for. I had emailed him a prayer for the depressed not knowing how he would respond, he thanked me for it and he really appreciated it. I feel like I have reached a new level in my faith, it’s hard to explain. I still have my moments when I feel down, but not as much. All of you here have helped me through it and continue to pray and encourage me along this journey. I continue to pray for all here and for all who have loved ones overseas serving in our military, may the Lord watch over them. God Bless!:angel1:

Cassie, there is something about having God’s love and peace. It permeates! It is like the Song “No One” by Alicia Keys. People search the world to find this love. And when they come across someone who has it…they are just in Awwhh!!

Isn’t the Lord so GRAND!

Hugs and kisses to you my friend in Christ! You are definately an inspiration!

Lord God ontinue to provide peace mercy and joy, comfort to your child and stay with her day and night in your name amen
