Father in Heaven, grant that the emptiness that John feels will be lessened only when, like the prodigal son, he realizes his sin and returns with a repentant heart. On that day all of creation will celebrate as goodness, truth and love are restored to this Sacrament. Amen! Alleluia!
 
Thank you all my friends for your continued prayers, they mean a lot to me!

I continue to get through each day with God’s help. Last Friday would have been John and I’s 16th anniversary. It was a hard day for me and for John. He called me a lot that day and told me that he loved me and always will, he also wished me a happy anniversary and was sorry for everything that I have been through. I know John loves me, but I do not know if he is in love with me, there is a difference. I was told that John and I are still very much in love with each other, but right now we are on opposite sides of a river, it’s a matter of finding that bridge where we can meet.

I read a lot of posts here on the CAF and do not respond to all, but please know that I offer all of your intentions up to the Lord when I pray. I know that prayer is a powerful thing and great things can happen if you continue to believe and have faith. I admit that my faith has faltered many times, but I found my way back and know that God is with me even when I am alone.

I have said this before but I believe that with your prayers I have become a stronger woman and have made it through times when I didn’t think I would. I am forever thankful for each and everyone here at CAF and pray that God will bless you in your lives.
