I’m also constantly plagued by depression since teenage years. Although, I’ve still a long way to go, ever since choosing to walk the path of Christ, I feel that this “burden” has gotten a little bit lighter. I am, by no means, the happiest person alive but it simply feels “wonderful” after each prayer. May the Lord embrace you and give you the strength needed. Amen.
