Polish Catholics pray at borders 'to save country'

KODE? (POLAND) (AFP) - Thousands of Polish Catholics formed human chains on the country's borders Saturday, begging God "to save Poland and the world" in an event many viewed as a spiritual weapon against the "Islamisation" of Europe.
Reciting “Rosary to the Borders”, they called to be protected from the dangers facing them. The episcopate insisted that it was a purely religious initiative.

The goal was to have as many prayer points as possible along Poland’s 3,511-kilometre (2,200-mile) border with Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Russia and the Baltic Sea.

If I were them, I’d probably focus on the Russian border.

The biggest danger is more likely from the secular humanist Western Europe and North America.

Islam and Russia are concerns also, but secular humanism is a much more subtle threat.

Historically, Russia and Germany. I’d personally worry more about Russia if I were in Poland than Islam or secular humanists, but I pay attention to what’s going on in the world.

The secular humanists have, for the most part, taken England. Hitler and the Russians never got even a foothold. To some extent, the same thing is true of the US, Canada, and other countries.
