I voted that I go to Mass primarily to worship God. It’s why I go to Mass every Sunday and make it a priority in my life. The Eucharist I receive helps nourish my desire to keep drawing closer and closer to Him and to worship Him even more intently.
The Eucharist keeps calling me back. It’s one of those things that defies explanation. I admit I do not understand why others aren’t drawn to make Mass a significant part of their life to the point of making it a priority to go week in and week out. But it isn’t my job to understand others spiritual journey and where they are in that journey. It doesn’t even mean they are further away or closer in that journey. It only means that our paths are following a course I do not understand nor perhaps meant for me to understand fully.
