I haven’t been able to cry for what? 30 years now? Something like that. I wish I could; there are times when I could use the release.

Veteran crier, here! I cry for anything, really. I cry when I am experiencing any strong emotion: joy, anger, fear, sadness, joy, love. I used to fight it for years, but I finally decided to let myself be myself and I just let 'em flow, except at work!

I’ve always bern one to cry easily, and since my husband passed away . . .

Totally crybaby. I’m empathetic to the extreme. I cry at the sight of someone else crying even if I have no idea why they are crying. I can cry on demand by picturing someone in tears.

Honestly, it’s tiring.

My father is fighting pancreatic cancer right now. I cry pretty regularly these days.

When i’m stressed continually, I’ll eventually break and cry for maybe 10ish minutes

So many hugs
Will remember you both in my prayers :pray:t2::pray:t2::pray:t2:

I also cry easily. It’s been worse ever since my first pregnancy years ago. I can cry at commercials, movies, cartoons, memories, pictures…anything.

And I have a lot of heart ache going on right now, so lately it’s been challenging to try and hold them back so the kids don’t see.

I cry but don’t let people see me cry,if it’s something big I’ll stop the car in the middle of nowhere and cry my heart out,or go for a run at night and cry.Its probably healthier to let my children see me cry occasionally so that they in turn can think of it as a natural outlet.Well, they would see the smaller tears anyway for the smaller issues 🙂

I have a good cry about once every month or two. Sometimes I cry and I don’t know why; other times, I feel the overwhelming need to cry and I can’t. I don’t always understand it.
