They won’t have it for long. Hispanics in this country from Mexico and Central America are mostly Dems today, but they’ll be almost all Repubs in a few years because they dislike everything the Dem party stands for and live by everything the Repub party stands for.
 
That would be quite ironic as it is mostly Democrats who make it possible for immigration in the first place. But I’m only speaking from my own experience.
 
Likely the greatest number came in during the Bush years. That truly was “open borders”.
 
That would be like thanking Eisenhower for letting my family have jobs here. I suppose that’s true to some extent but we still had to deal with local officials to complete the process.
 
The danger is that the left will then keep power by force. The lessons we have learned with the FBI/CIA/NIH spy, prosecution and impeachment scandals are troubling.
