I think that many Catholics would welcome the idea of a “Catholic Spring” as you call it. Most of the ones I knew growing up certainly would. As would many of the “cafeteria” variety who openly object to many Catholic teachings. Don’t count on Catholics learning about such a thing as having the impact you’re hoping it would. Remember up to 90% of Catholics openly flout at least one of the Church’s larger social teachings.
Remarkable thing this is! It’s like a replay of Henry VIII taking over the Church in England. Hillary Clinton is the new Henry VIII, wanting to gain control of the Catholic Church in America.

This is why I am furious with the republican party.
“A Cascade of rank-and-file Republicans and GOP leaders in Utah abandoned their support for Trump soon after the video became public.”

I feel the same way! Will never again see the GOP as the party to trust unless there are some major changes.

To be fair, the GOP “establishment” did not want Trump to be the candidate either.

It was really a perfect storm: a large crop of candidates—no one of which the party rallied behind; the outlier Trump coming in with huge name recognition and upsetting the balance; certain disaffected voters liking that the balance was upset and therefore liking Trump even more.

I think it’s sad that the media basically sat on the Trump scandal story until now. It would have been nice to see the story break during the primary season. People wonder why conservatives are suspicious of the media. It’s hard not to be when they do things like that where the interest seems to be much more in shifting the tide of the election rather than reporting the news as it comes.

It’s a good thing that our hope is in the Lord and not in earthly princes and princesses. Otherwise, I’d be mighty distraught.

I kind of feel that way, too. But then that just makes me feel like I’m the object of the Democrats’ (successful) emotional manipulation. That’s exactly the way they want us to feel at exactly the moment it benefits them the most for us to feel that way. That doesn’t sit well with me either.

The whole situation is very unfortunate.

Back to the basics:

I’ve heard too many say lately that we, the American people have no choice in this November election! Do you really think that God would leave us with no choice! Come on people! Where’s your faith!!? He has heard our cries!

In defense of Donald Trump, try to keep this in mind. Donald Trump did not steal your money. Donald Trump did not raise your taxes. Donald Trump did not quadruple the price of food. Trump is not starting a race war. Trump did not leave any US soldiers in Benghazi to be slaughtered and desecrated by Muslims.

Trump did not send the US Navy to fight for Syrian Al-Qaeda. Trump did not arm ISIS and systematically exterminate Christians throughout the Middle East. Trump did not betray Israel. Trump did not provide financing and technology to Iran’s nuclear weapons program. Trump did not give our military secrets to China. Trump did not remove our nuclear missile shield in Poland at the behest of Russia.

Trump did not shrivel our military, and betray our veterans. Trump did not cripple our economy. Trump did not increase our debt to 20 trillion dollars. Trump did not ruin our credit … twice. Trump did not double African American unemployment. Trump did not increase welfare to a record level for eight years.

Trump did not sign a law making it legal to execute, and imprison Americans. Trump did not set free all of terrorists in Guantanamo Bay. Trump did not steal your rights, violate US Constitutional law, or commit treason, hundreds of times.

Yet Trump is being ripped apart in the news nonstop, whereas Barrack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton and the criminals occupying our government, are not. The Media owns the Democratic Party, and The Democratic Party owns The Media!

I’d say that’s a bit hyperbolic. Unlike in England where the break was from the top down, for many the break to some extent or another has been instituted from the bottom up. It’s the people not the leadership who have instituted the break that Clinton’s advisors would like to exploit.

I don’t think him going to the state and saying “I like Mormons” will help him.
I imagine it would be more along the lines of something like this:

" I know many, many Mormons, They are wonderful people. I love Mormons, and nobody loves Mormons more than me, believe me. I love Mormons so much, and they love me."

The republicans did this to themselves, the republicans should have walked away with this election with HC running for the democrats.

So the proper response of the Republicans to Hillary running for president would be to just pull out and let her run unopposed? Just because she is Hillary Clinton?

The New York Times video was professionally made and produced.

How many days did it take?

How much did the video cost?
