He would say I think that the Conciliar church (those in control now) are not in communion with eternal Rome (2000 years of Popes up until VII… those after contradicted 2000 years of Church teaching).

I think he would also say probably that he would immediately submit to a real Pope (which sets himself apart from the Orthodox who would never submit to a Pope).

See, these outside groups as far as I’m aware who are so called “sedevecantists” their problem is not submitting to a Pope or the Papacy but in submitting to a man in Rome who they claim is a false claimant to the Papacy because he does not teach the Faith as taught in the Church by all of the former Popes. They consider him a heretic because he promotes ecumenism which they say is against the 1st Commandment of God. (do not worship false Gods) and they promote modernism and religious liberty which have always been previously condemned by the church.

Please take this discussion and start a new thread if you want to discuss, defend,or refute the vacant chair mindset, or individual Chapels. My OP and topic has nothing to do with sedevacantism.

I’d like to discuss the issues you raise in your post, but not here.

34. The use of the liturgical books proper to the Religious Orders which were in effect in 1962 is permitted.

The cathedral in Ancorage Alaska has been having the EF in the Dominican rite
 
There are Benedictines using the EF but the majority use the OF. It’s up to the abbot in consultation with his community to decide which form to use (and which Divine Office schema). I know that in the Solesmes congregation, Clear Creek (in the US) and Fontgombault (in France) use the EF. Barroux in France as well and a new foundation in Italy (I forget the name), but they’re not of the same congregation.
