The new evangelization needs to be more clear.
I am trying to understand it. I hear quite a bit about new evangelization but what i hear is the recognition of other religions, they have some truth, look at the good on them, allowing other religion temples be built, and so forth. how much confusion can you get. I wish the holy father would be more clear about this. While the CC is being equated is the same as other religions.

I think we view evangelism different then they do. We preach the gospel so that men may be born anew/have a heart conversion rather them come join our church. They look at salvation as becoming a member of the CC. I was un-churched and committed my life to Christ in Aug of 1973.It was a lifestyle change. My best friend/druggy coworker came to Christ about the same time.Our co-workers wondered what happened to us as us we started telling others of Jesus’s plan of salvation…The Holy Spirit used the few verses of a simple gospel tract to draw me to Him…A few years later a Holy Spirit experience that set my faith on fire. I shared the gospel message with hundreds over the years…We have a few Catholics who attend our small country church. One man who befriended our pastor was ( I guess a cultural catholic) had a powerful born anew/conversion of the heart experience. This man is one fire, so much so his brothers,mom and dad came to visit twice to see what was affecting him. I do think individual Catholics should do more evangelization per say…For an example, I for a large part of my life lived/worked in a small town heavily populated with a lot of Italian catholics…In over 40 years of walking with Christ I never had one Catholic approach me and speak to me about the gospel…I’ve had plenty of regular bible church people, JW’s and a few Mormons.Catholics could learn a lot from Evangelicals on the “how to” of evangelization.

Yeah, it is a powerful revelation from God when a man is able to see the One Holy Catholic Apostolics Church…
The Church built by Christ. How can anyone not want to be in the One Church built by God HImself, is beyond me.
You are missing the great joy. It is not about feeling good but about obedience of entering into His Holy Church. The New Ark of Noah.
Maybe you should give your souls a chance to know this.
