Correct to my understanding. Per the articles, some Bishops asked His Holiness to overturn Summorum Pontificum and to remove Msgr. Guido Marini from his position as Master of Pontifical Liturgical Celebrations. Saying the OF of the Mass in Latin was not the issue being discussed based upon the reports I have seen.

This is my understanding too. I didn’t write “Summorum Pontificum” because I didn’t know if enough people know what that is, and I didn’t really know how else to phrase what the Bishops and Francis were referring to. Sorry if there was any confusion.
