Pope Francis Rallies Canadian Pro-Lifers

Pope Francis today rallied pro-lifers gathered in Ottawa, assuring them of his prayers that the national march would “foster greater respect for the inviolable right to life of each person from conception to natural death.”

The message, sent by the Pope’s secretary of state, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, echoed similar messages sent by the Holy Father to pro-life marches in Washington, D.C., and in Rome.

The note was sent to Cardinal Gérald Cyprien Lacroix, Archbishop of Québec and Primate of the Church in Canada.

And the only mention I could find of the March on CBC (Canada’s state broadcaster and extreme leftists) was that 2 femen members staged a “counter protest.” These 2 got more attention than the 20,000 marchers.

2 versus 20,000. ehnnnnnnn I think I prefer the publicity of the twenty thousand plus the blessing of the pope.

moreover with the blessing of the pope I am willing to reverse the numbers and march alone against 100,000.

thirdly I think it is good the two are publicly recognized for what they are -willing tools of satan!

I think the CBC had a less than neutral response. On their afternoon call in show they were asking people whether it was OK for Catholic high schools to send their students to pro-life rallies. I didn’t bother to hear the responses. I get angry enough as it is!
