Do you think implying that a professed Christian follows the devil becomes morally acceptable if you don’t completely spell it out?
Professed Christian, he’s a Muslim, you elected a muslin, the worst president in US history, who supports taking babies lives. We used to have respect for the USA Presidents, but not him, who is in direct opposition to Jesus Christ, unless you haven’t heard his mockery of the Beatitudes, directly mocking Jesus. There, I spelt it out…I would expect you to have the same condemnation of world leaders no matter how big or small, Enda Kenny here in Ireland.
I’m Catholic first, then I’m Irish, it’s universal, we can’t pick and choose, we should since it is Universal condemn it worldwide, otherwise it’s picking and choosing as we like…

Realize that Pope Francis is “new on the scene” in comparison to Obama who’s been on the national stage since long before his 08 Presidential race. Further as was noted, many of his followers were bought to gin up the numbers.

That would indeed be a problem. Then again, he could swear to upholster the Constitution.
Oh yeah, the constitution, what about " In God we Trust " make no mistake, I’m not having a go at Americans, I’m a Catholic, all-be-it not a great one, so I would expect you to moralize about things in Ireland if they don’t conform to Catholic teachings, like I said, I’m catholic first, Irish second… swear, yeah, think I read in the Bible somewhere, don’t swear by Heaven or earth, it’s been a long time, can’t remember…

You called him a muslin. Muslin is a type of cloth. That’s why I proposed he could upholster.

Alas, jokes aren’t as funny when explained.

Incidentally, to your point about swearing, that’s not how Catholics have traditionally understood it. The Constitution allows people to “affirm” in place of swearing, but it’s for Quakers, not Catholics. Catholics are allowed to swear by something.

The Bible says to neither swear by Heaven or earth, since the forum doesn’t allow for spell-check outside 20 minutes, then Muslin as you say(cheap joke ) means as you say, you know I mean Muslim.James 5:12 RSV

Revised Standard Version
James 5:12 But above all, my brethren, **do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath, **but let your yes be yes and your no be no, that you may not fall under condemnation.

Benedict’s tweets were all removed and replaced with a “Sede Vacante” message, until the new pope was chosen.

The Vatican archived Benedict’s tweets at news.va/en/twitter_archive

The @PopeBenedictXIV account is a fake account. See newsbusters.org/blogs/ken-shepherd/2011/06/30/msnbc-duped-fake-pope-benedict-account .
Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI did start the Twitter page for the papal office. He gave the Twitter page for the papacy the address →

twitter.com/PONTIFEX

I’m glad to read that Benedicts tweets are archived at the Vatican’s site.

I noticed, myself, that because he was no longer in office, several tweets that at one time were the contents of the “pontifex” Twitter page which at the time had tweets from only Benedict was moved and renamed to →

twitter.com/PopeBenedictXIV

After his renouncement of the papacy, Benedict has added only 3 tweets at his own Twitter page (the aforementioned twitter.com/PopeBenedictXIV )

Feb. 28 (2013) – “I am just a pilgrim now.”

Mar. 31 (2013) – "Join in the prayer for peace this Easter day. "

Apr. 18 (2013) – “Please join me and Pope Francis in praying for the victims of the explosion in Texas.”

Since April 18th, there have been no tweets from Benedict.

Meanwhile, Pope Francis has been tweeting at the PONTIFEX Twitter page quite a lot.

So far, he’s made 113 tweets. During World Youth Day 2013, he tweeted often 3 times a day, or twice a day. Instead of his usual once a day or once every couple of days.

:rotfl: I get it!
Nice, roll your head, whilst babies heads roll onto the stainless steel platters, i’m always bemused by people who are interviewed by news reporters of a fire that has claimed countless lives, with their brimming teeth & their camera hogging, the victims are soon forgot !

My you are being unpleasant. But you can direct your anger at me. I was the one who poked fun at your spelling. But it was hardy the only mistake in your post, grammatical and factual.

I’m sorry you disagree with President Obama on something. I do too. But it’s just ignorant to call him a Muslim. He’s not a Muslim any more than you are. At least he can spell it.

You sure, without his tele-prompter

Well he isn’t a Christian which means a follower of Christ, Jesus would never support the murder of innocent babies &

Why do you make light out of serious issues ?

Because I don’t regard Obama being a Muslim as a serious issue.

Obama is a Christian. Millions of Americans are both Christians and pro-choice, including all our recent Democratic presidents. It may be that when Jesus separates the sheep from the goats he will turn Jimmy Carter away on those grounds. But Catholics understand all baptized individuals to be members of the church, albeit related to in varying degrees, and have not historically denied the label “Christian” to those who profess to follow Christ. They may be Protestants, heretics, very wrong—what-have-you. They may even have lost their salvation. But you don’t know who has and who hasn’t, and you are even commanded not to speculate. It is uncharitable for you to flatly deny the name as you do, and both uncharitable and ignorant for you to claim Obama is a Muslim instead.

It’s crazy how so many people are following the Pope on twitter! I think this is part of the Catholic Churches new movement to usher the Church into the 21st century by allowing your religious experience to happen digitally. The Vatican has a new website called Pray With The Pope where you can schedule prayer times and pray with people from all around the world. Technology is impacting every aspect of our world, including how we practice our faith.

One of my friends has “PopeApp” which gives her frequent updates, photos etc. I am glad the Church is embracing technology. Talk about being “in someone’s face…”

Will check this out. Thank you

Perhaps he believes that he can be both. That would be consistent the statements he has made.

Well i never thought I’d live this long to hear such condescending baloney… well millions of Americans are guilty of supporting the murder of babies in contradiction of this Man Jesus you say you follow.
