SCOTS victims of abusive nuns and priests are expected to meet the Pope next month.

It is highly needed to mend the harm done to those victims. Church should also look into the question whether some of its teachings on the question of homosexuality has lead to the abuse, or whether there is any misunderstanding on the subject. ie whether the catechism requires a review in relation to this subject.

There are no problems with the teachings, the problems are the people.

This wouldn’t be that odd, since the Pope has met with victims on other trips he has taken.

Since the abuses were almost exclusively homosexual rape one wonders exactly what teaching you are talking about?
