Per CNN

you may now commence speculation upon where he will visit.

That is all.

Pope Francis may visit the US in 2015, writes John Allen of the National Catholic Reporter. Citing unnamed Vatican officials, Allen reports that the Pope is exploring the possibility …

As long as Obama is in office, our country could certainly use some Papal influence.

Hopefully it will be after that August! I would really love to see him, though I wouldn’t be able to go if I am still living with my parents at that time.

We are supposed to have hoverboards by then.
:rotfl: Maybe the Pope will visit Hill Valley, California. 😃

Ironically enough, Michael J. Fox looks a lot younger in real life than they aged him to look in that movie at the same age. 😛

It’s not surprising that the Pope will come to the U.S. at some point. If Cardinal Dolan has anything to say about it, it will be New York. 😛 Pope Francis is full or surprises, though.

Wyoming?

I am guessing he will be going to Philly for the World Meeting of Families. B16 went to all the other WMF and Archbishop Chaput has mentioned that her thought Pope Frances would got to the meeting in 2015.

There you go inserting reasonableness into our wild speculation. 😛

In all seriousness, though, that would make a lot of sense. Depending on the length of the trip, though, he might be able to stop in a couple of places.

While true in a theoretical sense, it is folly to think that Mr. Obama would sway the least little bit on anything at all based on Pope Francis. What will happen is that the visit and resulting media coverage and photographs will be used to legitimize the anti-life Democrat regime, confuse voters, and in general be spun to give some level of moral approval to out-of-control government practices and regulations. I cannot imagine too many things more tragic than a papal visit while Mr. Obama is still in office.

I hope he comes to Cleveland! Pittsburgh, Columbus, Detroit, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Indy, or Chicago would also be great! Wherever he goes, I will be there also:D
I hope he makes plans soon, so I can make plans for a vacation. Does anybody remember in previous visits, if there was a ton of extra people in the area? Hotels will probably be booked far in advance.
