As soon as I read the title, I thought, “Didn’t he call it genocide a while back?” And indeed, it notes that he did in the last paragraph of the article. I’m not sure why it couldn’t be referred to as both. Those perpetrating the killings are committing the crime of genocide, and those who are targeted are martyrs for their faith. Either way I’m not sure what the point is in arguing about it…
