May the Passion, Death and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, remembered in celebration this past Sunday, provide new hope for Joy, our sister in Christ. May the intense love that is radiated to the entire world through the pain of Christ’s suffering renew within Joy the peace which surpasses all human understanding. We ask this through our risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen. Alleluia!

We seek thy merciful aid, St. Peregrine, especially for those afflicted or threatened by cancer, by any ailment of the foot, or by any incurable diseases. Please help us quickly to find a cure for cancer, and a remedy for all our human infirmities of soul, mind, and body. Amen.

Father, the cellular mutation which we know as cancer is the very antithesis of Your blessed work in the creation of the human body. Restore in our sister Joy, O Lord, the love of life that she has been blessed with thus far. Let her not fall into despair, but rather into Your loving hands. Lord, we pray that Joy will experience a renewal of faith during this Easter season. Grant that she offer her pain and sorrow up to Your Son, to be combined with His suffering on the cross. Bless her with a steadfast spirit, that she may persevere in the way of truth. We ask this through the intercession of our Risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen. Alleluia!

Lord, as I pray, it is very early in the morning for our sister Joy. I ask that You grant her the energy to struggle ahead this day, as well as an increase in faith and hope that will serve her eternally. Father, all who are now and all who ever will be have hope through the resurrection of Your only Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. Graciously bless her with that same hope, which never disappoints.
