Prayer for a Miracle
God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal KEVIN. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into this Kevin’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness and that the transplant will be successful and he will fully recover. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Almighty God , we ask you to sustain Kevin through this painful , but necessary treatment We humbly ask You to pour Your Healing Grace on Kevin , and help and guide all the medical and nursing staff to use their knowledge , skill and dedication to restore him to completely good health . We ask You too , O Lord God , to comfort Kevin , Lisa , Joyce , Paul , Joe and Cynthia in their worry and distress , and grant Kevin the strength in his recovery so that , aided by Your Mercy and Compassion , his bone marrow transpant operation will have been entirely successful.
