Please pray for our pastor. He just got out of the hospital where he was since early yesterday morning when he was taken ill. The doctors still don’t know what is wrong. We just have him, no assistant, no deacons and I know he is worried about Holy Week. He is a good, orthodox, and holy priest that has been such a blessing to our parish and to me personally. Thanks.

Gracious Lord of Providence, You conceived of this humble servant from all eternity as an irreplaceable part of Your Divine plan for man. You alone brought him forth and have sustained him through each trial of his life. As our celebration of Holy Week approaches, comfort him with Your Heavenly reassurance of an eternity spent in adoration of You. Mercifully breathe Your healing Holy Spirit upon him, as even the cells of our bodies obey Your commands. May the doctors, nurses and technicians who care for him be in awe of Your love, so richly revealed to them through his loving heart. Kindly incline Your ear to hear the intercession of Your Blessed Son on the pastor’s behalf. Lord, the prayers of the faithful rise to Your throne like incense from the altar. In Your mercy and love, respond by sending Divine healing to bless Your servant, his parishioners, and the entire Body of Christ. We ask this through the same Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

O Jesus, I pray for this faithful and fervent priest. Heal him and give him the strength to fulfill his duties. His heart desires to be up and well for this up coming week. AMEN
