Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Thanks in very large part to your prayers, many of the health issues I have been dealing with for the last few weeks have cleared up with the help of medication that my doctor has given me. But I’m still dealing with horrible panic attacks that strike multiple times during the day and night. What makes these so unusual is that my mind really seems to turn in on itself. I worry that I’ve got a neurodegenerative disease, I start to feel like I’m on autopilot, tears come out of NOWHERE…I’m still able to carry on conversations with people but it’s like I don’t understand what I’m saying at all…and then it subsides and I feel lucid again, but exhausted. It’s really getting scary. Panic attacks are a curse. And doubly so because so many bizarre diseases initially manifest themselves with psychiatric symptoms. :banghead:
Pray that I make it to a parish where I can receive the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick tomorrow afternoon. At this point I truly believe, as I should have believed all along, that Christ will save me through this conduit of grace if He wills it. Pray for the parish receptionist, that he or she will pass my request along to the priest early enough in the morning that he’ll be able to make time for me. Thanks.
