I can only suggest searching out the nearest Chapel which exposes the Blessed Sacrament for Adoration. Find an hour to spend in the Lord’s presence. Make yourself available to Christ and He will mercifully do the rest.
Father of Goodness, we lift Harmony1988 up to you, asking that you graciously restore and increase faith in this suffering soul. May the intercession of Blessed Jesus Christ catch your ear, O Lord, causing Heavenly Graces to flow upon Harmony1988. May inner peace and the love of Christ dominate the life and spirit of this seeker of a deeper relationship with You. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

Harmony, I prayed for your faith, but that was only part of your request for prayer, You desire more hope which may mean that you feel discouragement. I hope you don’t mind if I send you a prayer I wrote some time ago in the struggle to live in faith, hope, and love.
God,
In my lack of trust, let me live faith.
In my disappointment, let me live hope.
In my bleakness, let me live joy.
In the emptiness of my heart, let me live love.
In my deprivations, let me value what is precious before You.
In my anger and resentment, let me live in generosity and forgiveness.
In my detachment, let me live community.
In the difficulties of commitment, let me be dedicated.
In my failures, let Your Spirit bless and heal.
In my successes, let Your will be served.
In human reality, let me live spiritual wisdom.
In maturity, let me become true child of the Father.
In my individuality, let me live in Eucharistic communion.
