Please continue to pray for all fallen away Catholic family members.

Goforgoal, I’ll remember yout family members in my prayers.

In Jesus’ name, Father, please return our loved ones to You and the Church and lead them to live the fullness of Your loving will.
Please comfort and reassure all who grieve the absence of loved ones from the Sacraments. Please answer our prayers for them.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is love and mercy itself.

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Dear St. Monica,
troubled wife and mother,
many sorrows pierced your heart during your lifetime.
Yet, you never despaired or lost faith.
With confidence, persistence, and profound faith,
you prayed daily for the conversion
of your beloved husband, Patricius,
and your beloved son, Augustine;
your prayers were answered.
Grant to us that same fortitude, patience,
and trust in the Lord.
Intercede for us, dear St. Monica,
that God may favorably hear our pleas
for all non practising Catholics and those
discerning conversion to Catholicism , especially John, Ian, and
those in this thread.
Amen

Never admitted this before…

My brother, Chris, left (if he was ever in) before he turned 16 (in the 1970’s), was arrested and jailed for numerous petty offenses, and between his thieving, “thugging” and drugging, I just couldn’t deal with it. I haven’t seen him since 1986…

My 1/2-Brother Anthony (goes by “Tony”) and his wife Mary. I haven’t seen them since they moved to Oregon in 1987. Mary and I had conflicts (My father when he was alive allowed her to host “Parties” in my room without my knowledge or consent and it went downhill from there).

My Sister, Sherrine (Goes by “Sherry”). I haven’t seen her since 1992. She left the church largely because of my dad when she was in her late teens/early 20’s. I don’t know if she attends now. I do know that i just lost touch, but that our relationship, once we recovered it the 1st time in 1984, was the best on this list - Probably because SHE was the most stabilized person on the list. The relationship just got lost in the maelstrom that was my life from 1985-2004.

Please pray for them all, that they would all find God’s Love and Grace, that they would all know His Mercy and Forgiveness and that they would know His Healing Power - esp. Chris, whose life, when I last saw him, was in such disarray. and, Please pray for me, that someday, the Lord would see fit to heal me and my mess of a Life.

Thank you.

Your Brother and Servant, Michael

Almighty God

Please flood Your powerful graces on Michael and his family. Please heal the souls and lives of everyone in his family. Please give reconciliation between Michael, Chris, Tony and wife Mary and Sherrine

Pleasegive them each Your Love and Grace, that they experience Your mercy and forgiveness and Your healing power Please grant Your loving healing to Michael and his life.

Michael I’ll be in my parish church in prayer for a few hours today. I’ll pray for you and your family. God grant you peace.

SAINT Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle; be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do thou, O prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

SANCTE Michael Archangele, defende nos in proelio, contra nequitiam et insidias diaboli esto praesidium. Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur: tuque, Princeps militiae caelestis, Satanam aliosque spiritus malignos, qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo, divina virtute, in infernum detrude. Amen.
