Praying for you,as someone who goes through anxiety and panic attacks,PRAYER WORKS!!!

Today for the first time in weeks I have felt joy and an ease in my heart. I pray that God and Mother Mary bless all of you for having such selflessness in your hearts towards a stranger.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

Praying for your intentions…

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Happy to read that you have experienced some joy and an ease in your heart…may The Lord continue to strengthen you daily - will be keeping you in prayer. I can suffer anxiety and panic attacks too…altho in these latter years they have markedly diminished in severity and number. Keeping in prayer too your brother and sister and your mother…

May God bless you all! I’m a cradle catholic, married 13 years and the youngest of four siblings. After my father died of cancer my family broke into pieces and my mom was in denial of the crazy choices my siblings were making. As a result my brother is now an addict,my sister lost the custody of her beautiful baby and my mother is paralized from the waist down. All this suffering has given me terrible anxiety attacks, I barely leave my house and if I do I have to take medication to be somewhat OK. I pray a lot, do my rosary and novenas, but I fear that this condition will hurt my marriage and my health. I’m now down to 98 pounds even though I eat healthy. I use to serve the Lord in my church and my community and I was a Rector for many years in a retreat house in the Bronx. I am not an ignorant of my own faith, but I need a lot of prayer because panic attacks is like a terrible virus that just takes over your whole life and a pill just does’t make it better. I need the Holy Spirit to strengthen and free me. I have not been to mass in weeks!!!
I too have had these occurences. Very debilitating. My Daughter suffers from them too. I learned to recognize when they are coming on and now I am mostly successful at stopping them before they consume me. I am sure that you will also find ways of coping with them. Sometimes it takes more than medication. It takes counseling. I heartily recommend finding a person you can talk to. A professional psychotherapist can help. Prayers for you.

God our Father I pray that you strengthen and renew the confidence and faith of your servant in these trying moments, May the hope in our risen saviour restore his energy. Gracious God send your angels to be beside him to guard and confort him.Amen.
Immaculate Mary, St. Joseph, and Galilea’s guardian angel intercede for him.
Brother Galilea I will keep you in my prayers.

I firstly ask that the same peace that Jesus left with his deciples is left within you.

Life is such a strange thing. At times it can seem to confusing, lonely and questionable. Remember, that we are in this round ball called earth for such a short time and we are here to have a relationship with God through prayer and through our relationships with others. Anxiety is not from God, he wants us to be happy and joyous and filled with his love. Remember that we should often take risks and live life on the edge without so much worry. Jesus said “you can not add any time to your life by worrying about it”. Submit your life to God. He knows how to take care of you for he created you. Enjoy every moment for we are in such a beautiful place, blessed by so much.

Jesus will always look after you. To submit our life to him means we have defeated the evil.

These are my thoughts and they have brought peace to me in my own life through the word of God. Hope that they do the same.

I hope that you are getting better each day! I have suffered
panic attacks myself so I understand how you feel. I also
have a sister, daughter and son who have suffered with different
anxiety issues.

God bless you, I will pray for you!

Praying for your family.

When I went through anxiety attacks, the hardest thing in the world was forcing myself to go out and go through the motions everyday. I decided if something horrible was going to happen to me, I would rather deal with that then with the anxiety and worry. I was never on medication, but I know how the anxiety takes over your life and joy. You deserve joy after being through so much, and you have so much joy to give, reading your replys.

God bless!

I thank each of you for supporting me through prayer and such beautiful encouraging words. I don’t feel so alone any more, for the first time in months I feel love from family even though we are not related. Holding the pillars alone of a crumbling catholic family is really lonely and scary at times. I’m blessed with a wonderful husband, but one does not want to burden the only family member, that has your back, with so much anguish. So all of your support has brought new light to my life.

Mother Mary bless all these beautiful children of yours, that are helping me carry my cross and bless this forum that has become a refuge of love for so many. Amen

**Prayer for Healing
Lord, look upon Galilea with eyes of mercy, may your healing hand rest upon her, may your lifegiving powers flow into every cell of her body and into the depths of her soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring her to wholeness and strength for service in your Kingdom. Amen. **

my prayers are with you Galiea. I too used to have anxiety attacks and can well relate to how you feel. May God be with you and keep you in the palm of his Holy Hand.

From today’s Liturgy of the Hours:

Psalm 62 (63)
Thirsting for God

O God, you are my God, I wait for you from the dawn.
My soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you.
I came to your sanctuary,
as one in a parched and waterless land,
so that I could see your might and your glory.
My lips will praise you, for your mercy is better than life itself.

Thus I will bless you throughout my life,
and raise my hands in prayer to your name;
my soul will be filled as if by rich food,
and my mouth will sing your praises and rejoice.
I will remember you as I lie in bed,
I will think of you in the morning,
for you have been my helper,
and I will take joy in the protection of your wings.

My soul clings to you; your right hand raises me up.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
world without end.
Amen.

You are in my prayers, I suffer these as well so bad that the only way I will leave the house is if I go with my husband or if it is just a one stop shopping to town. I know what you are going through and I will be praying for you. God Bless You, Mary Keep you. Gigglin4God.

Still praying. Our Good Lord will lead you through this! God bless you.🙂
