Brothers and sisters, I am feeling much improved, thanks to your prayers and constant spiritual companionship. Additionally, I got to counsel my daughter’s (OP) Godmother who is in surgery today for breast cancer. Since that is what I am called to do, it restored me to witness God’s love to her. It is during such moments that my life feels its purpose.
I had another transfusion last Thursday and am revitalized, since my red cell count was low. I am strengthened just in time to return to chemo tomorrow! I have the advantage of knowing that I will receive the strength to endure it, as the Lord has graciously given me that strength when I have asked. My ankles and feet are still swollen, but it seems to be subsiding on its own time.
I continue to thank the Lord for my prayerful brothers and sisters, whom I hope to meet one fine day. Amen!
