Praying that po18guy handles the chemo well and comes through completely healed.

O great St. Peregrine, thou hast been called “The Mighty,” “The Wonder-Worker” because of the numerous miracles which thou hast obtained from God for those who have had recourse to thee, thou who for so many years didst bear in thine own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the Source of all grace when the power of man could do no more; thou who wast favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal thy affliction, ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of po18guy whom we entrust to thee.

Aided in this way by thy powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy. Amen.
 
Dani, your father is a very wonderful person and his faith is very strong and it always amaze me.

He stayed in the hospital overnight and then he had to go again to continue his chemo because if you skip one day, it’s ineffective because it apparently has to be in his bloodstream for a full three days.

I’m pretty sure he’s back on now (how could we honestly keep him off?). I can not be grateful enough for everyone’s prayers.

Thank God for improvement, but I know still difficult time for your Dad and family. Still in my daily prayers and thoughts…Simon

So thankful and praising God that there is no heart damage…continuing prayers for the complete recovery and no more problems with the chemo.

May the grace and mercy of Our Lord be with this dear man…

God bless all of you who are praying. I am doing amazingly well now, thanks to Heaven being stormed by prayers. I am hopped up on prednisone, which I find kills cancer cells! I am getting a lot done, but tomorrow is the last day of the steroid, so I’ll be moody and down after my system depletes it. My first chemo session is done and I finished it up with an injection to stimulate white cell production. I have no doubt that your prayers are sustaining me. At times, I can actually feel the prayer. Praise God! Again, may the Lord bless each and every one of you.
