Is prayer in an adoration chapel better than prayer at home ?

You can and should pray anywhere, but adoration before the Blessed Sacrament is special.

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘better’, but I do know that once I started going to Adoration I found I really missed it on the weeks I couldn’t go.

Still, we are enjoined to ‘pray without ceasing’ so go for it, wherever you are.

prayer has more to do with the amount of faith and trust attached to your intention rather than location.

We are blessed with a variety of prayer traditions in the Church, all of which help us to encounter our Lord.

I think most practicing Catholics remember to pray at home every day, and there are many ways to pray at home. It’s a necessity for me.

Praying in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament is a special experience. Not required (other than during Mass before we receive Jesus). Just different than praying at home. As to being better – that’s a matter of personal preference and personal spirituality.
