God bless you for recognizing the true path! Consider focusing on the Lord’s intent for you and His intent for procreation. Also, Jesus said to deny yourself and take up your cross before following him. It is the difficult way, but carries many rewards. I say the Act of Contrition each day before getting up. It helps set the tone for the day.
Merciful God, strengthen spec110 to avoid sin and temptation. Mercifully reveal that it is the evil one who leads us astray, and who desires the destruction of souls. Grant a newfound faith and fervent love of You, so that spec110 may experience the true blessings that You desire to give. We know not the hour of Your Son’s return, O Lord. Grant spec110, and all of us the ability to turn from sin and to remain awake, so that we may be ready at His return. Graciously provide us with the strength we need to deny ourselves during the Holy season, so that we may be acceptable in Your sight. I ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen.
