“Give Us Today Our Daily Bread”

Holy Father on the thirty eighth day of Lent I give Praise and Thanks To You and Only You Beloved Father. Father I Praise You now and forever. Thank You Lord for the miracles already sent and for those on the way. In Beloved Jesus Name I Pray.
Amen

Brothers and Sisters,

Please pray for my sons, the older a Marine and the younger, a soldier who was severly wounded in Iraq. The younger has lost his faith. We were so close and I can’t seem to reach him anymore. I don’t know how to help him as he won’t speak with me. He is speaking with the chaplain but is still not going to Mass or receiving the sacraments. My Marine is headed back to Iraq this summer.

Also, please pray for my husband who is making his journey to convert to Catholism and that the Holy Spirt remain in his heart and lead him.

I will pray for all intentions on this board and those who in need who haven’t posted. Thank you so much,

Pax,
Jan

Please pray for my friend, Arthur, who has just been diagnosed with a very rare form of adrenal cancer. It is in stage 4 and is untreatable and he has been given 9 months to live.

Thank you and God bless you.

Our Father on the thirty ninth day of Lent I pray for deliverance from sin. I Pray for forgiveness for all of us Father. You know the deeds either spoken or silent . The needs here are many and specific. I Pray for Your Miraculous Holy Spirit to enter all who come here with miracles of relief and peace.
Amen

Thank you for the prayers that all of you have offered for my family, and please be assured that I’m praying for all of your intentions, too.

Jan,
I will pray for both of your sons and your husband. May the Lord protect and guide them on their journey, and may your son experience healing and renewal of faith. :signofcross:

**O Christ Jesus,
when all is darkness
and we feel our weakness and helplessness,
give us the sense of Your presence,
Your love, and Your strength.
Help us to have perfect trust
in Your protecting love
and strengthening power,
so that nothing may frighten or worry us,
for, living close to You,
we shall see Your hand,
Your purpose,
Your will through all things. **

St. Ignatius of Loyola

Would like to suggest prayer for all those in the process of conversion who will be receiving the sacraments at the upcoming Easter Vigil; That any doubts, trials, or attacks on their faith or in the way of their path be easily overcome; That the time remaining between now and Easter be filled with joy and light, and only serve to strengthen their faith all the more - as well as all the days thereafter…

my sister needs prayers right now as her husband’s diverticulitis has flared up big time. He is in denial with his illness and the MD told him that he has to change his diet in order for the flare up to get better.

My sister told me that he is a very picky eater and is having a tough time getting him to take this seriously since he drinks only coffee or pop and doesn’t eat any fruit or vegetables.

praying for all intentions posted.

Thank you for your prayers.

John Paul II died on this date in 2005. I pray for his eternal rest.

‘If growing old, with its inevitable conditions, is accepted serenely in the light of faith, it can become an invaluable opportunity for better comprehending the Mystery of the Cross, which gives full sense to human existence.’

“Give Us Today Our Daily Bread”

Father I am here on this Holy Week to pray for peace and forgiveness . I Pray that all people learn that the key to our own forgiveness is within our forgiveness of others. May each of us be strong enough to accept You as our Lord and rely upon You and only You Dear Father for all the needs posted here and around the world. In Jesus Beloved Name I Pray.
Amen

I pray for them today. For your younger son, his faith is wounded so much right now. You must guide him, not by talk, but by exploring the faith again. He must discover that who he is, and his faith are still the same, the questions he feels are natural. They come from what he has experienced. Tell him to find the truth, the seek the truth he seeks, and not to be afraid. Tell him that all Catholics that go through what he went through will always have questions. Guide him to the faith by leading him to it, he feels disconnected from his own soul right now, get him to resources but do not push him too hard. The memory still hurts him, but be there and show him you are there.

For your marine, tell him to seek out the other catholics in Iraq, in the military, that over there, in the catholic chapels on base, there is no branch of service to seperate him from others. Tell him that prayer has gotten people through it everyday. Get him a scapular that he can wear, I always wore mine every time I left the base over there.

May GOD bless your family, and give them the strength they need, and may they never forget that GOD never gives one more than he can handle.
