Prayer Requests Thread #3

Hi all,

I am in great need of prayer! As you may know from other posts, I have chronic daily migraine headaches, and a number of other illnesses that have me pretty much in bed most of the day. Also, my spiritual health is in need of help. I can pray with faith for others, but not for myself. Anyway, my son will be going to a new Catholic school next week and I don’t know how he will get there since I am so sick most of the time. A lot of other difficulties in the family, too. I keep begging God to alleviate my physical pain, but nothing has happened yet. I need to take care of my family. They are very depressed. Who wouldn’t be? Thanks everyone.

Dear, I will offer my prayers for you tonight. And right now as you are reading this thread may our blessed mother take you to her son’s heart Jesus, and be filled with the divine love that he has for all those who opens his/her heart to him,

Dear Live for Jesus,

Thank you for praying for me. My health has been very bad for about 15 years. I’ve been getting really depressed (clinically) because of these trials. I feel like these crosses are too much to bear. Perhaps you have a “special” friendship with Jesus and He will hear your prayer of intercession for me. I, in the meantime, will pray for any of your private intentions.

Please pray for me regarding a difficult relationship with a person who means a lot to me and who is now not speaking to me. It is painful because I have always tried to be there for this person even when it is stressful for me to be so, but it’s not reciprocated. I am overwhelmed right know. The friendship has caused me to falter in my faith by my own fault. It is really confusing. Please pray for a healing of the relationship (20+years), repentance and conversion for my friend and myself. Pray God soften his heart and heal all of his anger and guilt. Thank you so much.
 
Please pray for my family- all of the kids are going back to school tomorrow, and they are all rather nervous about it.

Dear mom4truth, i do have a special relationshipi with Jesus, and i will tell you the secret, so that you can do the same:) . weekly i go to Eucharistic Adoration, sometimes i do not say anything, just stay there gazing at him and of course Jesus does the same. It’s true that sometimes you don’t feel anything or you don’t feel that he’s listening to you ,but rest your mind he is there and he does listen[this is where faith comes in ]. I will Give you an example have you ever went swimming on a cloudy day? well i did, i spent a half day, grumbling about the weather… that the sun did not come out and that i didn’t have some tan after all. But when i went home i realised that i was sunburnt, so you see , i did not see the sun on a cloudy day but it doesn’t mean that the sun wasn’t there. the same happens in our spiritual life, when i go to eucharistic adoration at times i don’t feel anything but back home i realise that i’m burnt by his love, his gentle rays, that are flowing constanly from his divine love and mercy. I was going to die but mother mary and her son in the most blessed sacrament saved my life!!!

Hello my dear friend, i know you from another thread too:) ]. will pray for you all, please tell your kids to pray to their Gurdain angels as they help and assist to their needs too!

You are in my prayers. I remember you in my prayers often throughout the day–even though I do not always post. I am going to PM you soon. I hope the Lord will lessen your pain, and even more I hope you will find a doctor who can resolve what is causing it.

I have been looking forward to going back to work after an extended illness. Today I found out that one of my contracts has been cancelled due to funding cuts. Please pray that my other contract is intact and that I can go back to that job and please pray that I am strong enough to work and that all my issues are resolved. And please pray that the Lord will grace me with more work. Thank you. Ani
