Dear Saint Anthony, I am imprisoned by walls of selfishness, prejudice, suspicion. I am enslaved by human respect and the fear of other people’s opinions of me. Saint Anthony, Liberator of Prisoners, tear down my prison walls. Break the chains that hold me captive. Make me free with the freedom Christ has won for me. Amen.

HEAVENLY FATHER, I COME TO YOU A BROKEN PERSON IN GREAT NEED OF REPAIR.
THANK YOU FOR MY SAVIOR JESUS.
I BELIEVE HE CAME TO HEAL MY BROKEN HEART AND TO SET ME A CAPTIVE FREE.
I DESPERATELY NEED THE GREAT PHYSICIAN TO REPAIR MY IMPOSSIBLE CONDITION.
COME INTO MY HEART.
FREE ME FROM RESENTMENT, ANGER, HATRED AND SELF-PITY.
REPLACE MY LONELINESS WITH YOUR HOLY PRESENCE.
REPLACE MY FEAR WITH TOTAL TRUST IN YOU.
GIVE ME THE HOLY GIFT OF YOUR PEACE NO MATTER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES I FIND
MYSELF IN.
PROTECT MY LOVED ONES WHILE I AM AWAY.
SEND YOU HOLY ANGELS TO KEEP US ALL SAFE.
