Prayers for CAF member who is gravely ill

I have just learned that a fellow CAF member, whom I am unable name at this time, is suffering from bacterial meningitis. She is hospitalized and according to reports is not responding to treatments. She is also suffering from convulsions apparently brought on by this infection.

Please pray for our fellow CAF member. She seems in great need of prayer.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are though amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of they womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, mother of God,
Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.

God our Father, I humbly pray that You will lay Your gentle, healing hand upon this CAF member suffering from meningitis. Take out of her all that makes her ill, all that makes her suffer, and drive away all evil that may afflict her in her time of weakness.

Jesus, as once You felt power go out of you to the woman who hemorrhaged for twelve years, let some of Your power flow now upon your servant as she fights against this disease. Make her healthy and whole again, with even greater strength and fervor to serve you. May she begin responding to the treatments given to her; inspire the doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to radiate Your love and healing through their hands, eyes, speech, and actions.

Mary, Mother of the Church and all of us, please stay at the bedside of this woman. Be her nursemaid, and keep her under your maternal watch always while she is confined to a hospital bed. Take this prayer, and the prayers of those who pray for her; make them all perfect and present them to your Son.

All of these things I ask in Jesus’ saving Name and power. Amen.

Lord of mercy and healing, look with immense love upon our sister in Christ. She lingers in Your fingertips, depending completely upon Your grace. She has lead a life of increasing faith and love of you, always remaining eager to behold your Face in the fulness of time. Father, we pray that her work on earth is not yet done, but remain in awe of Your Divine Will. How can we deny Your Kingdom such a loving soul? Yet, even with Your trustworthy promise, we grieve her illness, wishing to spend just one more day in her company. If it be Your Will, grant healing and recuperation to her body, mind and spirit, that all involved may praise Your Holy Name. In Your mercy, surround her with doctors, nurses and technicians who reflect Your love to the world around them. Graciously join our prayers with those of the Angels and Saints to form an unending petition for mercy upon her. We ask this through our magnificent Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Your Son, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!
 
Dearest Blessed Mother, wrap your loving mantle around this sick sister at CAF and present her to your Divine Son. Her life is in His hands for only He can heal. Please ask Jesus to banish the disease from her body, heal her and return her to health. Amen.

Amen…Jesus one of our own is gravely ill. Please tend and heal her as one of Your most dear.

Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee o Virgin of Virgins, my Mother. To thee I come, before thee I satnd, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petition, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
 
Praying right now…I will also remember her tonight during intercessory prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.
