Joan Rivers suffered cardiac arrest this morning on the Upper East Side of New York City. She was undergoing a throat procedure and had to be rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital. She is in critical condition. Please offer a prayer for her recovery. The loss of Robin Williams and Lauren Bacall of the entertainment world is enough for now.

Prayer for Healing of Heart Disease

Loving Father, you bring healing to the sick and make them well again.
Trusting in your great love and mercy, and believing that
whatever I ask from you in the name of your Son, Jesus,
You will grant me if it is what is best and in accordance with your Divine Will,

I lift up to You Joan Rivers, who is in need of healing of her heart disease.
Hear my prayers and bring her into your loving presence.

Let the grace of your divine love flow to the different parts of her body,
reaching the inner recesses of her being.
Touch her heart and all the areas afflicted with sickness
and let her organs function normally.
Touch her blood vessels and arteries and let her blood flow properly.

Bring healing to all her nerves, muscles and tissues,
especially those surrounding his heart.
Console her, ease her pain and suffering and restore her
to full health in body, mind and spirit.

May she find hope in his suffering and offer it as a share in your own passion.
Create a new heart in her and renew her life, loving Father.
And after she has been healed, may she be a witness of your
healing power and love and bring glory, honor and praise to you.

All this we pray in Jesus’ name through Mary with all the angels and saints.

Amen.

Heavenly Father, You are the great physician. I turn to you in Joan Rivers illness and ask for Your healing. Put Your hand upon her and let health and wholeness flow into her. Help her to remember, in this time of vulnerability, her utter dependence on you, and commit herself to Your loving arms.
Amen

*Bless the Lord, O my soul…and forget not all His benefits; Who forgiveth all thine iniquities;
Who healeth all thy diseases. (Psaml 103:2-3)

Lord, hear our prayers!

Dear Heavenly Father, Please Bless, Help, and protect Joan Rivers. If it’s in accord with your will. May she pull out of this stronger than ever. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Praying for her…

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Our Father who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done
On earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those who trespass against us
Lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil
Amen.

Praying for her family also. I love Joan Rivers. She always makes e smile.

She has my prayers.

“Do not abandon yourselves to despair. We are the Easter people and hallelujah is our song.”
“I plead with you! Never, ever give up on hope, never doubt, never tire, and never become discouraged. Be not afraid.”
“If He asks much of you, it is because He knows you can give much.”
  • St Pope John Paul II

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

†

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Martin Pastore,
I think you need to go into your profile and edit your signature or avatar to get rid of the little angry guy. But I’m kinda new at this so…

Prayers that the Lord will be so present to Joan and her loved ones and that You will gift her doctors with wisdom in helping her we pray, Amen.
