Teresa, My 3 other siblings are making noises that seem to be aimed toward reconciliation with me. I’m trying! but it’s hard to forget how they treated Frank & I, both. Pray for me, as God says we must forgive & I think it would please Frank if I could.Well my goodness CradleCath your post brought a tear or two to my eyes!! How wonderufl thes staff at VA are and how blessed frank is to have you as his sister. My goodness what a lovely thing they all did as regards presents…some people are so wonderful in this world and as you say there are saints walking among us.Thankyou for sharing with us about your visit yesterday…I found it very moving! God bless you

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen
On the other hand, my husband is worried that they’ll hurt us again. Two of them have been pretty faithful about visiting the hospital. The third one, the baby of the family, is not dependable about anything, so I hadn’t counted on her continuing to make the effort to see Frank, anyway.
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day, our daily bread
**& forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us. **
Lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
