My buyer cancelled so we are starting all over again. She wanted me to pay her closing
costs along with many other things and I was willing to go so far. I am not sorry to lose
her as a buyer, but time is running out and I am praying this 3 day weekend someone
might see my house and want it.

Don’t let a buyer know how stressed you are to sell … they will take advantage.
 
Yes. Let’s just say her realtor was working for her a lot harder than my realtor was working for me. I had to lay down some rules!
Praying a new buyer will come or I don’t know what my next move will be.

The buyer always pays their own closing costs … don’t get pulled into something like that.
 
That was the first thing they were trying to talk me into doing and my realtor was all for it! Then another $15,000 worth of repairs!

My house sold again yesterday. This buyer asking me to pay $0 for his closing costs so
that is good.
I have been praying to St. Joseph, St. Anthony and St. Jude to intercede.
Praying this buyer will make it through to the end.
