I will be having a c-section on 8-8-05 to deliver our fifth child (second son).
Thanks! I like Anna Claire together, either as a first name or first and middle. I love the name Claire but I don’t think it sounds good with our last name alone. I am pretty sure it’t a boy, though, so I haven’t been thinking too much about girls names.Steph–pretty names!
I like Claire, but did you mean Anna Claire together? Either is pretty! I also like Julianne Rebecca. (My husband loves it spelled Rebekah.)
My favorite “G” name is Gemma. I like Genevieve too.it would be kind of fun to keep the baby’s name a G name like her sisters. Plus the meaning of the name is important to me, silly I know, but it is. I like names that have Godly meanings but are not wacky sounding or hard to pronounce or spell.
Any suggestions?
I like Genevieve too but my hubby doesn’t. Then again, he doesn’t like much of what I like anywayMy favorite “G” name is Gemma. I like Genevieve too.
Hubby’s sister is Georgina…so was their aunt. The other names you listed are not quite it for me, but thank you for the suggestions! Hubby is Italian so the name has to sound good with our last name too, so I look at other spellings and such of names I like but that sound funny with our last name.Kelly,
here are some G names! (and their meanings)
Georgia, Georgianne – “farmer” or “gracious farmer”
Giselle – “a promise”
Gillian – “youthful”
Gretchen – derived from “margaret”
Gwendolyn – “fair haired”
Genevieve – “white wave”
but, I love “Grace” too![]()
I get that all the time from family and friends. I’m pregnant with #4 and everyone wants to know if it will be hubby or me that will “get fixed”. If it ain’t broke, it don’t need no fixin’.Just recently found out we’re pregnant with #5, due probably sometime next February. (snip) My husband and I are happy to be pregnant again, but we probably won’t tell his dad or my parents that we are pregnant again until I start to show, they have all very sternly expressed that we should not have any more chidren. Help ! Any suggestions, other than prayer - but please do for us.

I still have 3 months or so before I deliver so we got time to come up with something. I’ll pray the Lord gives us the right name like He did with our second daughter. For months I had her name picked out but when she was born and I looked at her for the first time I knew that she was sent by God and she was given the name Gabriella instead.
God bless!
In another thread in Family Life, Jennifer talks about her miscarriage earlier this week. She is understandably upset. Our prayers would surely be appreciated.Just recently found out we’re pregnant with #5, due probably sometime next February. We now have - David - 9 yo, Nathaniel - almost 6 yo, Tiffany - almost 4 yo, and Colin 2 yo. Breastfeeding seems to do a good job spacing out our children. We homeschool and run our own family business - sometimes it can get a little crazy . Expecially now because we just lost our main baby sitter and only grandparent who would be overjoyed at more grandchildren from us, she just past away in April from breast cancer. My husband and I are happy to be pregnant again, but we probably won’t tell his dad or my parents that we are pregnant again until I start to show, they have all very sternly expressed that we should not have any more chidren.
