I understand completely how you feel. As Serap said, it is a huge cross to bear. My husband and I were unable to have children for a couple of years. He was fine and healthy when he was checked out and I was so afraid to get myself checked out because I didn’t want to be told that I was infertile and then being afraid to tell my husband that (although I know he would have been supportive about it). About one or two months before we were finally blessed with this little one, I had come to terms with the possibility of never being able to have children. I prayed and told God that I would accept whatever He deemed was right for us, even if that meant we were never to have children. I do believe we have a little miracle because it wasn’t long after accepting whatever happened that we became pregnant. But at the same time I know it could have been the opposite and I would have had to accept that.Hi girls
Thanks so much for your prayers. I’m sure they will help. It certainly is a huge struggle to be infertile, but I did not write it to make people feel sorry for me.
I just wanted to put things into perspective although I perfectly understand Serap’s feelings/fears.
I’m sure God will make all things well for those who trust in Him. If you pray for me then pray for that - that I will trust in Him.
Thank you again,
Love A (who can’t wait to someday wear maternal clothes![]()
All that said, I know it still would have been difficult for me to continue on without children and seeing my friends and family members having them. You are in my prayers. :hug1:
