Foreign aid needs to be dispensed more prudently and preferably privately.

Despite their intentions, Western governments have done considerable damage with such aid and in many cases the opposite effect has occurred.

Careful measures should be taken with more of a free market perspective instead of the rush to meet an MDG guideline.

I wonder whether Jesus seeing a mother cradling her dying baby would advise us to be prudent and not to rush .

This is a pro-life issue and demands immediate action .
