You and I weren’t listening to the same guy. Romney said he was bummed out that Obama has focused more on attacking him than proposing policy.

That’s exactly what Romney himself as done, far more than Obama has. Of course, Obama CAN’T do that because he’s had four years of policy-making that he has to defend.

So again, the irony is THICK.
 
So guys, did Obama bring out the unbeatable “47% comment” or what? It seems like all his lackeys were just salivating over its anticipation. How stunned/speechless was Romney when Obama brought it up?
 
What in the world is Crowley doing interjecting in challenging Romney’s response for the President?

They clapped twice - once for the President when the moderator agreed that the President said it was “an act for terror,” once for Romney after the moderator agreed that the President waited 2 weeks to clarify that it wasn’t because of a demonstration, but rather an act by a terrorist group.

Well, Obama came to play ball today. If not for the life issue, he would have my vote. But alas - I am forced to leave that box blank come election day.

Maybe because its impossible to explain a national economic policy, tax policy, etc. in a two minute sound bite. Its pretty much the equivalent of me trying to teach an entire semester worth of classes in 5 minutes.

“I would cut x, y, and z, and close the loopholes a, b, and c.”

That would take about 10 seconds, 15 max. And it would answer the biggest weakness in Romney’s narrative: How do you pay for these tax cuts and defense spending increase?!

Police arrested Green Party Presidential candidate Jill Stein and her running mate, Cheri Honkala, after they tried to enter the site of tonight’s presidential debate at the Hofstra University.

The two were protesting against the exclusion of all but the two major political parties from taking part in the debate.
