Here is an interesting article.

I think the exorcist losses credibility when he make statments to the parents that the girl was overmedicated. It doesn’t sound like he was working in concert with the doctors. I also wonder if the priest will be able to document any of the modern requirements for exorcism.

My honest opinion? I bet he will have a hard time documenting that he was working within the modern guidlines. It sounds to me like he was a loose cannon doing his own thing.
You should pray to God that He doesn’t let happen to you what you are doing to others, a priest at that! You have judged and convicted him on one news article!!! Yes, he might be wrong, but there is not only no proof, but only a partial story available. In the USA, one is presumed innocent unless proven guilty… except in forums by Catholics when judging a priest.

This link is in no way related to the OP. The Church does not endorse mass exorcisms. It’s probably either a fake story or not a Catholic priest.
Here is another link that indicates he is Catholic, although they don’t cite a parish or order. This story is related to OP because it demonstrates that there are priests out there that are loose cannons. Doing the own thing without regard to proper protocol, as I suspect this priest in Spain has done.

I can find a large number of instances of priests acting badly. I can also find them about policemen, teachers, and dentists. It does not bear upon the OP.

The ceremony has not changed much throughout the ages, explains Arocena, who denies violence is ever used. The young woman from Burgos testified that she was sat on to prevent her from running away. “The possessed one is not tied up unless he or she consents,” says one exorcist. “Sometimes it is necessary for the safety of the priest and those present.”
