Pro Abort Note: 'Your Mother Should Have Aborted You'

An abortion activist left a note on a car saying the only good baby is a dead baby, going on to wish the car owner himself had been aborted. On Tuesday, Fr. Benedict Croell, O.P., vocation director for the Dominican Province of St. Joseph, posted a picture of the handwritten note on his vehicle after visiting the campus of the University of Virginia with vocation candidates for the Order of Preachers.

These “viral” news stories are almost always proven to be faked.

If they are not faked, they are often by demented solo individuals.

Convenient that there are no cameras at this parking lot…except for, you know, the cell phone camera.

Honestly, given the first half of the statement, this note should of been turned over to police as a blanket threat on children.
 
There’s no reason to believe it’s fake. You can either take the person’s word, or don’t.

As for the other alternative, “demented solo individuals”, you have to understand that a lot of people are either apathetic to the abortion issue, or just like to cause consternation. As a millennial, I know plenty of people who like to tell “dead baby jokes”. It’s a past time for several people. Abortion itself is a joke. It’s clear this person was trying to get under the pro-lifer’s skin. I’ve even known otherwise sane, and not demented, people who opined that “China is on to something with that one child policy”.

There’s a lot of hate out there, and this isn’t the first or last time pro-life organizers will have something like this happen to them. Now, I don’t think this “story” is exactly newsworthy, but I don’t think we can just dismiss its veracity out of hand.

There is every reason to believe it is fake because something like upwards of 80% of “viral” posts are found to be fake or otherwise skewed.

A mean note was left on a car in an unmonitored parking lot. So the “victim” took a picture and posted it online for all the sympathy and kudos against the poor persuced pro-life people.

Pretty sure all babies are pro-life, bud. And those that are killed are being persecuted pretty badly.

Also, the priest said nothing about being persecuted, but instead spread the image so that the person who wrote such a hateful thing would be prayed for.

Your comments simply speak of having an axe to grind. Not a good look, not at all.

How do you know that the parking lot is not monitored? My guess would be the priest (you know the one you claim is lying) found the note posted it so people will pray for the sinner. He didn’t bother going to security to find out if there is any video footage of the nasty caper.
