From the article:

“An organization that frequently files lawsuits to stop the activities of pro-life groups is targeting the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and ads the organization is running in the Washington metro system. The USCCB ads started in January and educate people about Roe v. Wade and its effects.”

The article:

In a statement LifeNews.com received, CREW says Roe v. Wade only allows abortions in limited circumstances, not through all nine months of pregnancy as the USCCB ads state.
Pax vobiscum!
These idiots don’t know what they are talking about. Roe v. Wade DID make abortion legal through all nine months of pregnancy for any reason at all. The reason is that there was a stipulation in Roe v. Wade for “health of the mother” (which would allow abortion at any time). Doe v. Dalton came through the very same day and basically defined “health of the mother” as any reason whatsoever. So, Roe v. Wade did in fact make abortion legal in all nine months.

Hi Rand,
Unfortunately too many people have that misconception and the ads (if not forced to be removed) would hopefully educate people about abortion being legal for all nine months of pregnancy. The pro-aborts don’t want that fact getting out.

Taken from the article:
But the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) doesn’t like the message and wants the ads taken down.
CREW alleges the USCCB ads violate guidelines stating that, “advertising will not be accepted which is false, misleading or deceptive,” and that “medical and health-related messages will be accepted only from governmental health organizations.”
Sounds like CREW doesn’t like to hear that the Pro-Life movement is gaining momentum. I don’t think they are all that concerned about whether the ruling allowed abortion for all nine months or not, or whether the human heart begins beating at 22 days or not.
