Dear Friend of Expectant Mother Care,
No city in America aborts more babies a year than New York City. That’s over 90,000 babies/year currently & over 3.5 million aborted babies since abortion was legalized here in 1970.
In fact, one out of ten of America’s abortions are committed in the New York Metro area, including Westchester, Long Island and Northern New Jersey.
20 years ago, I founded Expectant Mother Care to give real help and hope to moms in crisis pregnancies in NYC and suburbs, but funds are desperately low now, and we need to raise $50,000 by Father’s Day to pay staff, rent and advertising bills to effectively compete with the scores of for-profit abortion mills.

We will need some substantial gifts to reach $50,000 by Father’s Day - that means ideally, at least one $10,000 gift, a few of $5000, $2500, and numerous $1000 gifts, but many smaller gifts of $25 or even $10 can add up and make a difference, too. Large and small donations are all important to save many lives together!
Two rabidly pro-abort New York Attorney Generals, Robert Abrahms, and Elliot Spitzer, have tried and failed to shut us down. Hundreds of pro-aborts have picketed our offices in the past, Planned Parenthood has launched campaigns and press blitzes against us- even hijacking community board meetings to denounce us. Abortion clinics have copied our advertising headlines, and illegally “heading jumped” ahead of us into Yellow Pages “Abortion Alternatives” ad sections to beat us to the babies they want to kill.
From one little upstairs operation on East 23rd Street in Manhattan, to soon a total of 15 operational locations in New York City, Westchester, and Jersey City, EMC staff and volunteers are working tirelessly one-by-one to reduce the numbers of abortions in the Abortion Capital. EMC counselors are also working with success to promote adoptions and abstinent/chaste lifestyles. And, thanks be to God we are succeeding!
In the average month, we are saving one hundred babies and moms from a certain abortion. In fact, since 1985 , we have counseled over 60,000 young women and saved over 12,000 babies and moms from a certain abortion!
With your financial help and prayers, click here-please, we can make it through this Spring to give many the help and hope that will make the difference for Life, Together, we can help get the abortions down and save many more kids and moms-the second victim of abortion.
Where are we located now or starting to work soon?
Besides are main administrative office in Yonkers, our counseling centers/medical offices are situated in the Lower East Side, East Village and Gramercy Park in Manhattan, Richmond Hill, Corona, and Hollis in Queens, The Grand Concourse, Wakefield-Yonkers border, the Hub area, Fordham Road, and South Bronx sections of the Bronx, the Parkside Avenue, Bedford Ave. and downtown sections of Brooklyn, as well as locations, coming soon, in White Plains and in Jersey City, NJ.
Why so many locations to do this work?
Because, from 20 years of experience I have found that over 80 abortion facilities in New York City survive and thrive because moms don’t want to travel too far to abort, and we are targeting the moms who are planning on an abortion! By strategically locating inside general medical clinics, and near abortion mills, unlike all other pro-life centers in New York (with one or two locations), we will reach far more moms and save many more from a certain abortion!
It is critical that New York City, in many ways the greatest city in the world, become a pro-life city, become a turn-around city. I believe, that with your help, I know we can do this together. Many folks from around the country come to visit and study how EMC runs its clinics and centers, and we are currently consulting current and future crisis pregnancy center directors in DC, PA, NJ in upstate NY and as far away as Boise, ID.
