Pro-life amendment to correct health care

I listen to Catholic radio and didn’t hear anything about this pro-life amendment to correct the health care provision of federally-funded abortion and conscience clause omissions…Any news on this?
 
Obamacare is a violation of the principle of subsidiarity as well as a violation of the right to life for babies who would be slaughtered by their own mothers.

The only thing to “correct” Obamacare is to end it before it comes into full effect.
