That whole concept of validity of sacraments is a peculiarly Latin concern. The Orthodox don’t know anything about the validity of non -Orthodox sacraments, and we don’t generally care. Non-Orthodox should just go on and do their thing without reference to us.
Why the Papacy should be concerned about the validity of Orthodox sacraments is a constant source of amazement. Of course we are flattered to some extent that you think they are valid, but really it’s not your place to tell us this, we already know it and we are not asking you.
So don’t ask us if we think your sacraments are valid, the question is out of place.
