There is definitely something evil going on in our world, and I can’t see it ending very well, either.
Nope. Everytime the world experiences times like this, it always ends very badly. People are blind to truth.

It seems that you know a awful lot about gay sex, are you the expert on the subject?
Maybe I am an expert on the subject. Maybe I learned about it from watching gay porn daily or hosting gay orgies in my basement. It isn’t your business.

Did you want to declare me an expert and concede the obvious point, or apply logic and observation? Your choice.
I think if a male is prone to debauchery his orientation does not play a role other than a gay man will most likely find it for free, whereas a straight man will most likely have to pay. Just ask David Vitter, he had to pay for his debauchery
I don’t know what it has to do with David Vitter, or Eliot Spitzer, or any other particular patron of prostitution you care to name. Are you like this is real life? Can’t you just answer a question, without personalizing it, or adding little petty digs at people you don’t like? It’s very unattractive. Let’s try this slowly:

Many men are less discriminate than most women, and would pursue more impersonal sexual encounters, were it not for the fact that most women demand a little something more than a few hours or a few hundred dollars. Is this debatable?

The problem is the actual will of the people has changed since then. Sadly. They have begun to slowly embrace ss marriage.
I think you’re wrong. The majority of people in this country do not approve of same sex marriage. It has been struck down by every state in which it has been put to a vote by the people, including California, which was the reason for this ruling. It is the liberal judiciary that keeps making it law. And we need to stand up to them.

it doesn’t look like it’s changed to me (look at the wiki link), looks like a freight train picking up speed, all because of these judges
Correct. In every single case where this has been put to the vote of the people homosexual marriage has been defeated. We are going to see a seachange in political power this November-the people are tired of having the courts implement the far left agenda. Democrats will pay the price at the polls this fall-that is the only good news that comes out of this decision. I think it is arguable that Barbara Boxer’s chance of being reelected ended today

I hope you are right on all counts.🙂

From your lips (keyboard?) to God’s ears.

The sad part is, you carve out SF and LA, and we are a red state.😦

I do think that when this reaches the SCOTUS (please God), the law will be upheld.

Which will allow each state to craft a law that is exactly the same. I don’t see 1 state that won’t do this.

ie, we have lost a battle, but we may have just won the war
You are right, I lived in Sacramento…
The whole state is sane… except LA and San Francisco.

With the population in those cities… the rest of the state has no voice.

Exactly. They need to cut California in two. Not north and south, but east and west.

East California would be a red state, West California a blue one.

But they did have a voice - they voted no! And one liberal judge decided they were all wrong. That is called oppression.

In this case, yes. But it is very hard to get something conservative passed here (except in off year elections)

Actually, they stopped the recount, as per SC
I thought the idea was that equal protection was denied because the means of counting the vote weren’t consistent. So, it was based on treating voters equally, not disregarding the intent of the voters.
