He is probably calling you to be a priest or a devout married person (if your married). If your married and feel a need to spread the good news, then become a public speaker.

There are some celibates that are not priests in the catholic church. And there are married priests in the catholic church.

Sounds like the catholic church is the place to be!

Cant really disagree with you there. Here where I am from, there are a huge number of Protestant based Churches that people are born and raised into. Not much of a Catholic presence to make them think anything different. There is one Catholic Church, but there are so many events in this surrounding area given by the protestant religions most of them hardly know much of the Catholic faith. I always thought they were for the “strange” folk.

This is how I see it.

At various points in the past, men split God’s house.

As time went on, these splits became permanant, or at least long lasting.

God, being a merciful God, decided that to allow these sheep no shepherd when it is not their fault that they are wandering would make it hard for them to come home.

God, in His mercy and wisdom, calls men to lead them as best they can, with the limits on the Truth that Man imposed on these fractured denominations.

Yes, God calls them, but not because they are right in their choice of denomination. It is because God wills the salvation of all men.

Being right, is not most important when dealing with souls that believe in the same Triune God.
But, it is not to be shoved aside either.
However, you will not get anyone to admit what they believe if they are talked to as if they are not even on your level.
And, an evangelist will put his very life down for the lost.
How is that for level?

Everyone is called to God by way of the Catholic Church. If there is something in the way of that process, then God will make due. But, your called to him by way of His Church, if not why are here (forums)? You like the colors on the forum?

God calls people to His Son, His Son shepherds them through those God has chosen. The Catholic Church is not Gods assembly. I am here to talk about nonCatholic Religions. Why are you on the nonCatholic Religion forum?

What has happened is the main flock as you call it has strayed and so we have other flocks to maintain the truth of the gospel.
