Ditto your ditto… I think it’s that way for everyone, tho.

But you do have to admit; good or bad, it certainly is eye-opening to see how others in the real world think.

I hate to say it but this is almost pointless. It’s just one more thread started with the express purpose of saying Protestants are going to hell. It’s no different than the Protestants who get on here and say the same about Catholics. What a shame.

I’ve been a Christian most of my life and I have experienced many answered prayers throughout that time. I’ve seen my family members get their prayers answered too. In fact, I can confidently say that nearly all my prayers have been answered one way or another. What you’re saying about only Catholics being saved is therefore rubbish at worst, and misguided at best. I don’t fully understand every Catholic belief but we seem to have more in common in our faith than we have differences. We both believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He rose again, and this, according to Paul is the one requirement of salvation.

It can be argued that the Catholic Church too has a lot of man-made teachings…

The Holy Father said much the same thing at Vespers in Westminster Abbey today:
“…what we share in Christ is greater than that which continues to divide us.”
