I have this booklet titled, Welcome to The Traditional Latin Mass. It states on page 8 that, "A Vatican commission was formed to change the Mass, and among the participants were six Protestants. On June 27, 1967, Bishop William Baum told The Detroit News that “they [were] not simply there as observers, but as consultants as well, and they participate fully in the discussions on Catholic liturgical renewal. It wouldn’t mean much if they just listened, but they contributed.”
