I always say “if only so call Christians would become truly Christian which is actually Catholic” So in other words I’ve come to a realization that to be Catholic is to be truly and fully Christian. I came from a Cristian only belief. We believed all so called Protestants, Orthodox, Muslims, Catholics, etc. were all headed straight to hell when they died because they refused to accept the truth in the scriptures …solo scriptura. After many years of studying scripture and over the past 3 years the ancient church writings we converted to Catholicism realizing that so called Christians were merely ignorant of the real Church that Christ left us. He left it to the apostles and ultimately passed it down through time through apostolic succession. We actually read the documents people. They’re online, no real excuse unless you’re just that busy. Many Protestants live in fear, understandably, that if their faith is challenged under the presence of so many documents that clearly show they’re wrong that it causes their faith in God to waver in the thought that they’ve lived a lie all these years and have to admit that their fathers and mothers were wrong. I know this pain. But for us it was necessary to deal with current needs.
We found truth and thus peace in the Catholic Church. I pray constantly for you that do not believe in the real presence of Christ and hope that one day we will be in unity together in heaven. PAX Christi Tecum.
It is by Grace that you have been saved, and not by works, it is the give of God. Faith by works doth save you. Our salvation is only in Jesus Christ, the Son of the everliving God. Understanding terminology, our Latin language is where most of your failure lies in understanding what we are actually saying. It’s like learning science or math language. There is no way to pass the tests unless you know what the definitions are. You can’t redefine terminology to make it mean what you want it to mean and be correct. It’s a lie.
