I am not that young. I am not unknowable. Maybe all Catholics make incorrect assumptions, like you do.That’s okay, you’re obviously very young and unknowledgable.

I already did. That’s your opinion, it doesn’t make it a fact. Go back and read the responses that you’ve been given now. Have a nice day.
well, i’m sure that jesus doesn’t “show up” in the host in the factory that produces themTransubstantiation. While I believe that Christ is certainly present in the Eucharist, I don’t buy the idea that He shows up only after the priest says a few magic words.
It is not my job. I was questioned on my beliefs. All i did was answer the question on this forum. I guess Catholics like to gang up on people by asking them questions on their belief and then turn around and tell the accused person that they think it is their jobs to declare who a person is.But yet you seem to think that it your personal job to declare who is a person and who is not. Do you know that some of the biggest genocides start off with this same debate of person hood. It amazes me that there are those who still use it.
LOL…being defensive are we…I was actually being humerous to a forum thats asks Protestants: What is the oddest thing about Catholicism? I too am baptized Catholic so the subject has everything to do with the post. Is it not true that you had said in another post that “‘you are not the only who came up with the concept that an embryo is not a person until it is born.’” Is that correct? so is it alive or not. When I posted my post I did not refer to anyone specifically, so I did not misquote anyone. Thank you.I can believe the Catholics being around for 2000 years because I was baptized as one. So WOW, the subject had nothing to do with your post. I never said life didn’t start at conception. Wow, I love how people are trying to misquote me.
…and may I ask where you learned this idea?Transubstantiation. While I believe that Christ is certainly present in the Eucharist, I don’t buy the idea that He shows up only after the priest says a few magic words.
But a woman is not pregnant until that egg fertilizes into the uterus.Actually the facts speak different. A child is conceived when the sperm and the egg meet and the child travels to the womb to implant. But hey, thats just the facts.
No. You can take birth control as well. The only true way to prevent a pregnancy is to abstain.
…wrong again, the egg is fertilized when the sperm and the egg meet. But a woman is not pregnant until that egg fertilizes into the uterus.
They said the only TRUE way, not artificial way also.No. You can take birth control as well.
Nothing to apologize for, each of us has found a faith that gives us comfort in this world and makes sense to us. We aren’t too far from one another I think…it is Christ Who binds us together in Him.Publisher, i just read your profile and am sorry i cannot comment anymore because i have no idea about what Quackers is nor do i understand your terminologies. Apologies.
Everything is about the embryos and not for the people who were born out of a uterus. Shall i get more specific? The CC considers the embryo a living person.
Not to argue your point. I know that you were asked for your opinion, that you gave it, and that it’s not up for debate.
I just wanted to let you know that the CC isn’t putting non-living things before people.
this is not correctBut a woman is not pregnant until that egg fertilizes into the uterus.
Didn’t you say you were Catholic too?I am not that young. I am not unknowable. Maybe all Catholics make incorrect assumptions, like you do.
Actually the fertilization occurs when the egg and sperm meet/join. At the exact moment a human unlike any other human is formed. But a woman is not pregnant until that egg fertilizes into the uterus.
No. You are wrong. No, thats wrong. We stop being embryos 9 weeks into pregnancy.
…and may I ask at what conference in 1930 you are referring to here?I am aware of the conference at 1930. At least some denominations got it right. They ask me what I found odd about the catholic religion. That was my answer.
Ok…you can argue opinion all day long. But arguing science is a bit silly. It is an embryo only up until the end of the 8th week, after which it is a fetus.No. You are wrong.
No you are wrong after about 9 weeks the cute little embryo becomes a cute little fetus.No. You are wrong.
Sorry, if I seem defensive. It is not a person, it is living.LOL…being defensive are we…I was actually being humerous to a forum thats asks Protestants: What is the oddest thing about Catholicism?
